Oh, hey, you! 👋🏼
We’re Dan and Sherry.
Both born and raised in West Allis, and proud to call Milwaukee home for more than 40 years. We bought our first home in Wauwatosa (a duplex) in 2004. As first time home owners and new landlords, we were very much in over our head. Slowly, we figured sh*t out and actually got pretty good at it.
In 2012, we decided to buy another duplex. Sherry was working as a Special Ed teacher at the time and Dan was working in marketing at Harley-Davidson. Over the next few years, Sherry also joined the team at Harley, and we acquired our third and fourth duplexes. Safe to say, we were hooked on real estate.
Fast forward to 2018, and we decided to get our real estate licenses.
With no real intention of being realtors in the traditional sense, low and behold, we soon found ourselves working alongside first time home buyers. 🙃 The yucky memories of buying our first home came flooding back. 🫣 We were committed to providing a better experience. Not pushy, just helpful.
Well, we fell in love with real estate, quit our corporate jobs and never looked back.
We’ve been a full-time realtor duo since 2020 and have since completed over 100 transactions (and counting!) 😃. We’ve gotten pretty good this real estate thing. We bring a mix of real-world insight and local MKE love to everything we do. 💫
If we’re not touring houses, we’re probably on our way to a music festival.
Sherry is also an avid reader and has belonged to a community book club since 2010. 📕 Dan’s idea of a good time is hitting up a CrossFit class. 😅 He’s been with the same CrossFit gym since 2012! He also loves playing guitar and finding new spots to explore around the city.
